Please include a copy of the first page of your reservation. If you cannot print this, please include the name of the reservation, home you are renting and check in and check out dates. This will ensure that the payment will be posted correctly.

Guests can pay with a personal check, money order, cashiers check, VISA or Mastercard. We are unable to accept Discover or American Express. We only accept U.S. Funds.
If you marked payment by check when you made the reservation, you will need to send a check for the balance. Please make sure that the payment is at our office by the due date.
If you marked payment by credit card when you made the reservation, your card will be automatically charged on the due date. You will not need to contact us to process the card. Our website does not have a location to process the payment yourself. If you want to pay the balance early, please email us at info@vacationbythemouse.com notifying that you would like to make a payment on your reservation.
Yes, you will receive an email notification when we recieve your payment. Please note, that our company gets our mail sent to us once a week from our office, so please allow extra time for us to process the check.
If you want to change the card on file, please email us at info@vacationbythemouse.com notifying us that you need to change the card on file. We will send you a link to put in the new card information.
Guests can log into their account on the website and resend a copy of the reservation to themselves by email.
